Beverages such as teas, sport drinks, waters and new age beverages all typically have
tamper evident bands. PDC's R-Series Shrinkbanders provide unmatched performance
at high line speeds.

Often, PDC tamper evident neck banding equipment is paired with our Smooth Diversion Inspection/Ejection Systems, which inspect for the presence and correct position of heat
shrinkable tamper evident bands and shrink sleeves, and gently divert products from
conveyors, insuring product and packaging integrity.

PDC Smooth Diversion Inspection / Ejection Systems use visible light or UV sensors to
confirm the location of bands or sleeves. Improperly wrapped packages are gently diverted
onto a variable speed rotary table without disrupting operation. Inspection is performed
prior to shrinking to best determine the band's position on the package.
