The R Series of Shrinkbanders are the fastest machines in the industry, having the
unique capability of running thinner gauge banding materials - 1.5 to 2 mils (40 to 50 micron) in thickness. The
R-600 is a patented, heavy-duty, single-headed, in-line high-speed tamper evident shrinkband applicator that is
utilized in the food and beverage industries.
Designed to apply both PVC and PETG sleeves at speeds of up to 700 cpm, the R-600 provides precise band
application as well as extremely high performance for extended periods. The continous material web flow is never
paused for the cutting or the application preocess. The R-1000 version has been tested at speeds of over 1,200
cpm applying a 30 mm tall neckband.
