50 Series
50 to 130 CPM

The PDC 50 Series shrink sleeve labeler is ideal for moderate speed tamper evident banding and sleeving applications. It has a maximum speed of 130 containers per minute (cpm). PDC manufactures the 50 Series in a range of models to match your application requirements.

 Band Diameter Range   .375 to 3 inches (10 to 75mm)
 Band Height Range   .625 to 7 inches (15 to 180mm)
 Line Speed    50 to 130 cpm
Applications of the 50 Series shrink sleeve labeler include:
Tamper Evident Banding - such as those used for
  • Neckbanding - applying a shrinksleeve around the upper portion of a container and its closure and
  • Full Height Safety Seals - full body, clear sleeves, protecting the paper label, container and covering the closure, such as on some vitamin jars.

    Applications of the 50 Series shrink sleeve labeler:
    Shrinksleeve Labeling - full height bodysleeve labels on bottles and jars providing primary package graphics. The sleeve label may also come up over the cap with a horizontal perforation for tamper evidence.
